By far, the most glaring sexual thing in this book was the fact that scientists want Max and Dylan to 'mate' and produce babies. Get this - marriage optional. 0.o Max is suitably horrified by the fact, to her credit. Max is attracted to Dylan - heartbreaking for those of us rooting for Fang - and they fall asleep curled together in a cave - alone. Someone calls a big crowd a 'boob salad'.

There is an extremely strange religion type voodoo thing going on. Kids are following the 'One Light' that will kill all the humans to make a better world. Iggy pretends to be a spirit in order to help his friends escape. It looks really tame on paper, but in the book, it's extremely disturbing.
Good gravy. Max and Fang spent all that time in the previous books kissing when they shouldn't, and Max is falling for Dylan. PG again, but I'm not really reading for the 'saving the world' part anymore. I want to figure out how the heck Max and Fang get together again!
